UK DELIVERY

I offer FREE UK POSTAGE on all orders over £50 and all individual stickers :)

Please note that fabric dolls are often made to order so allow 7-10 days for dispatch.

If you need your item for a specific date, please message me here and I will do my very best to make this happen.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked or Evri Delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Royal Mail or Evri aim to deliver within 3 working days, however, during busy periods delivery may take longer.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days after receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact me on hello@paulaandthepencils.co.uk, quoting your order number.

Please note I do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

I offer standard and tracked international delivery depending on the item - please get in touch for a shipping quote as prices vary country to country.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I cannot offer refunds on custom or sale orders unless faulty.

My returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to return your order, please contact me quoting your order number along with the reason for return. Once written confirmation of a return has been received, please send your return to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and I recommend a signed for service that covers the value of the order you are returning, as the contents will be insured. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that you item has been received and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4 working days.
